Skill-to-market platform AltSchool Africa, has expanded its learning faculty to introduce Creative Economy, and Business schools, following an impressive 40% completion rate in its first year.

AltSchool Africa, a skill-to-market platform, is expanding its learning faculty to include Creative Economy and Business schools after achieving a 40% completion rate in its first year. The platform, which traditionally offered in-code and no-code courses, will now offer courses in content creation, sales, and music business, using Afrobeats as a case study. AltSchool Africa aims to provide comprehensive upskilling opportunities for learners looking to forge careers in non-traditional sectors beyond technology. Notable facilitators for the new schools include Nigerian artist Falzthebahdguy, content creator Mr. Macaroni, and media personality Do2dtun. The platform has enrolled over 20,000 learners since its inception in 2021.
