Egyptian startup Exits MENA, a fintech investment banking marketplace, has extended its seed round to US$1.25 million with investment from Silicon Valley-based venture firm Practical VC. Founded in 2022 by Mohamed Aboulnaga, Ahella El Saban and Ayman El Tanbouly, Exits MENA aims to facilitate M&As and investments in companies by offering a seamless and fully integrated online solution on its platform and a full-fledged financial advisory service.

Egyptian fintech startup Exits MENA has raised an additional $1.25 million in its seed round with an investment from Silicon Valley-based venture firm Practical VC. Exits MENA operates as a fintech investment banking marketplace, providing a seamless online platform for facilitating mergers and acquisitions (M&As) and investments in companies. Since its beta launch, the startup has successfully closed six deals worth over $10 million across various sectors in the region. The recent funding will be used to expand its services and enhance its platform. Exits MENA previously raised $1 million in a pre-seed funding round. Practical VC, led by general partners Dave McClure and Aman Verjee, specializes in secondary market transactions and focuses on high-growth venture-backed companies.
