Egypt’s TFK acquires Opio to form MENA region’s first fashion aggregator
The Fashion Kingdom (TFK), a curated fashion marketplace in Egypt, has acquired the direct-to-consumer (D2C) fashion brand Opio in order to establish a powerful fashion group. TFK, launched in 2020, offers a platform for fashion, beauty, and home accessories, while Opio, established in 2017, focuses on D2C sales by partnering with manufacturers for women's apparel.
