Marrakech, Morocco: Global tech pioneers and innovators are preparing to supercharge double-digit business growth across Africa, as they eagerly anticipate the debut of the continent’s largest and most inclusive tech and start-up event in Marrakech, Morocco.
The GITEX Africa event, the continent's largest and most inclusive tech and start-up event, is set to take place in Marrakech, Morocco, for the first time from 31 May to 2 June 2023. The event is expected to welcome 500 exhibitors and 400 start-ups from 95 countries, with companies including Epson, Autodesk, Honeywell, Hewlett Packard, Dell, ESRi, Nutanix, Cisco, Lenovo, Huawei, and TP Link set to attend. The African tech market, which is currently valued at $115bn, is expected to scale up to $712bn by 2050. The event will be hosted by the Digital Development Agency and is organised by KAOUN International.
