Founded in 2023 by Julius Mbungo, Ebenezery Kimaro, and John Mwapinga, Spana simplifies the process of requesting diagnostic checks, servicing, and repairs for individual car owners and businesses alike.

Mbungo's survey revealed dissatisfaction among car owners with existing solutions, prompting the creation of Spana to address the challenges of accessing quality automobile services in Tanzania 🇹🇿. By providing efficient, transparent repairs and combating counterfeit spare parts, Spana aims to promote a culture of vehicle maintenance and safety on Tanzanian roads 🛠️.


Currently operating in Dar es Salaam and Arusha, Spana plans to expand its services to Dodoma and Zanzibar, with ambitions for further growth. The platform monetizes through partner commissions and in-house services, with future plans to offer additional services such as vehicle insurance and repair loans 📈💰.
