What incentives do KIFC members benefit from?  KIFC members are granted a preferential corporate income tax rate and exemptions from withholding tax on dividends, interest, and royalty payments. These incentives are detailed in the Investment Promotion and Facilitation Law and require investors to fulfill minimum economic substance requirements and demonstrate that management and control reside in Rwanda.

What legal structures are available for forming funds under KIFC? Funds can be formed as a company, a trust, a partnership, a foundation, or any other legal arrangement recognized in Rwanda. These structures provide for limited liability of investors depending on the formation agreement.

What is the difference between Rwanda Finance Limited and Kigali International Financial Centre? Rwanda Finance Limited (RFL) is the company responsible for promoting and developing Rwanda as a leading financial destination.
