This was supposed to come in every Friday, on the condition that he turned a blind eye to the vandalization of pipelines, which was not part of his primary assignment.

<h4>At seventeen years, he joined the Nigerian Police Force and at nineteen years he was already made an Inspector of Police.</h4>
<h4><br></h4>
<h4>Then he asked at the conference, 'Are leaders made? or are they born?'. The energy of the house loomed. All the student leaders of the conference began airing their views and perspectives.</h4>

<h4>To some, leaders are born and to others, they are made. He continued his story, years passed, and the government deployed him to oversee a region with a salary of 37,000 Naira.</h4>
