My subscription is active, but I no longer have access to certain channels. What should I do?
First, check the following:
- Ensure the missing channels are included in your subscription plan.
- Verify that you haven’t locked any channels (indicated by a padlock icon). If locked, select the channel and unlock it using the lock/unlock button (padlock icon). You’ll need to enter the parental code.
If the issue is related to subscription rights ("subscription not activated" or "missing channels"), log in to your Canal+ account via the app or website:
- On the Canal+ app:
Go to your profile - MY ACCOUNT.
Check the expiration date. If the contract is active, click "REACTIVATE" under "Update Rights."
- On the website:
Go to "My Account."
Check the expiration date. If the contract is active, follow the instructions and click "REACTIVATE MY IMAGES."
If the decoder doesn’t activate after reactivation, contact your distributor or customer service. For reception issues, consult a Canal+ Authorized Technician at your nearest store.
