1 mistake all copywriters make.
Godson Eke tweeted - 'If you want an action from your reader, tell them' - and that made me think for a moment.
Most times, when a sales copy does not convert, we tend to doubt our abilities. But the problem usually lies in our CTA.
Walk with me🚶🏿♀️
Mariam read a compelling copy, which showed her why she needed a particular brand of sneakers.
She then wanted to act and purchase the product, but she could not.
Why?
The copy never told her how to. The copy stated that the sneakers was available at all stores nationwide.
What stores? Could she order online? Was it on preorder?
No instructions, no clear CTA at all.
This caused Mariam to give up and go about her day.

Who knows how many Mariams you have lost as clients? How many products you could have sold?
You need to utilize your CTA in order to cement the deal with your reader.
In order to get your sale, your CTA must:
✨ Be short
✨ Be stress-free and
✨ Be concise
You want your readers to act with that emotion they feel, and convert as fast as possible don't you?
I know I do.
Don't loose your Mariam through unclear CTAs. Utilize your CTAs and bag those clients.
