Africa has no unified approach in tackling cyber_crime and this makes it difficult to enforce and enact effective laws and regulations. 

      This lack of regulation leaves African countries vulnerable to a wide range of cyber threats.

One of the challenges faced by cyber security in Africa is lack of skilled personnels. There is a massive shortfall of trained or professional experts in Africa, as a result, organisations are finding it hard to employ and retain qualified staffs.

Another thing is lack of awareness of importance of cyber security in Africa.
