Gameball raises $3.5M to scale its CRM platform for consumer brands
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools provider, Gameball, has launched a new platform that allows consumer brands to use their data to grow their business. The platform allows companies to build long-term relationships with customers and keep them loyal with personalized loyalty programs informed by data. Gameball, which was launched in 2020 by three Egyptian entrepreneurs, has served over 7,000 businesses reaching 20 million customers. The start-up's expansion plans are backed by $3.5m in seed funding from various sources. The company's clients include e-commerce, retail, and fintech firms and are able to carry out multi-channel marketing campaigns, run loyalty programs, build customer profiles, and reward customers for increased engagement through the platform.
