Kenyan and Rwandan Startups Invited to Join Smart Cities Innovation Programme (SCIP)! 🇰🇪 🇷🇼
Kenyan and Rwandan startups now have the opportunity to participate in the Smart Cities Innovation Programme (SCIP), a dynamic initiative aimed at rapidly scaling innovative solutions that are shaping the future of urban living in Africa. SCIP, a collaboration between Westerwelle Startup Haus Kigali, GIZ, Make IT in Africa, Nairobi Garage, and Ambo Venture, is calling for tech startups in Rwanda and Kenya with ready-to-scale solutions in the areas of smart mobility, logistics, and e-commerce.
The program is set to empower 20 high-potential startups, with 10 based in Kigali and 10 in Nairobi, focusing on smart mobility and logistics solutions. These selected companies will gain invaluable expansion readiness assessments, capacity building, ecosystem mapping, and valuable coaching. Over a 21-day exploratory journey in Kigali and Nairobi, participants will acquire crucial market insights, forge partnerships, and potentially secure deals. The SCIP will culminate with exciting demo days in both cities.
Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity! Applications are open HERE until October 29.
