In Q2 2023, the region experienced the highest average of cyberattacks per week per organization, signaling a pressing need for enhanced cybersecurity measures. With cybercrime on the rise, the shortage of skilled professionals in Africa poses significant challenges to businesses and government institutions, highlighting the critical need for proactive measures to address the talent shortfall and bolster cybersecurity capabilities.
