What is the Generous Week, and how can I benefit from it? By renewing your subscription before its expiration, you enjoy uninterrupted access to your programs. Your new subscription starts automatically after the current one ends, with no additional cost or loss of viewing days. Additionally, Canal+ rewards your loyalty with the Generous Week: For any renewal before expiration, you get 7 days of access to the superior plan (excluding unpaid options) at the price of your initial plan. This bonus is cumulative: Renew for 1 month, and you get 7 days of superior channels; renew for 2 months, and you get 14 consecutive days, etc.

How can I use the Canal+ app (registration, installation, and connection)? Follow these steps to enjoy Canal+: Registration: Create an account to access all content and features available with your subscription. On smartphones/tablets: Download the Canal+ app from AppStore or GooglePlay, select your region/country, click "CONNECT," then "CREATE ACCOUNT." Enter your phone/email, subscription number, and password. On PC/MAC: Visit Canal+, click the icon at the top right, then "CONNECT" and "CREATE ACCOUNT." Enter your phone/email, subscription number, and password. Connection: Log in using the credentials created during registration. Ensure the region matches your subscription. If your device was purchased in a different country, manually adjust the region.

My subscription is active, but I no longer have access to certain channels. What should I do? First, check the following: Ensure the missing channels are included in your subscription plan. Verify that you haven’t locked any channels (indicated by a padlock icon). If locked, select the channel and unlock it using the lock/unlock button (padlock icon). You’ll need to enter the parental code. If the issue is related to subscription rights ("subscription not activated" or "missing channels"), log in to your Canal+ account via the app or website: On the Canal+ app: Go to your profile - MY ACCOUNT. Check the expiration date. If the contract is active, click "REACTIVATE" under "Update Rights." On the website: Go to "My Account." Check the expiration date. If the contract is active, follow the instructions and click "REACTIVATE MY IMAGES." If the decoder doesn’t activate after reactivation, contact your distributor or customer service. For reception issues, consult a Canal+ Authorized Technician at your nearest store.
